30º ANGLED MULTI-UNIT ABUTMENTS can also be used in the multi-implant screw-joint restorations on edentulous and partial dentition, not only in application of the edentulous All-on-4 solution,  which can greatly simplify the upper crown/bridge of the supportive multiple implants restoration.

There are two types of angled multi unit abutments, 17 stepeni i 30 stepeni UGLASNI više-upornici. The 30 degree angle multi unit abutment is divided into two types: anti-rotation and non-rotation resistance. The non-rotation 30 degree angle multi-unit abutments are only used for surgical guide cases implemented by external hexagonal implants, and needs to be fabricated on the case of transitional dentures before surgery.

30º ANGLED MULTI-UNIT ABUTMENTS also has a metal handle in the same direction as the implant besides of onto the screws fixed to the implant. Firstly use the metal handle to try on the direction of the angled multi unit abutment(MUA), then use a screwdriver to tighten the implant fixing screw, and then reversely remove the metal handle.

Mandibular All-on-4 anterior implants use straight multi unit abutments. There is no adjustment of the restoration direction,and consistent with the long axis of the implant. The gingival height is selected according to the actual gingival thickness and the patient's aesthetic requirements, and the gingival height of 24mm is often used.

The straight multi unit abutment has a plastic handle attached to it, then directly screw the composite abutment with the plastic handle, and then remove the plastic handle.

After manually tightening the angled and straight multi-unit abutments, and use an implanter or prosthetic wrench for final tightening. The straight multi-unit abutment is tightened to 35N·cm, and the angle multi-unit abutment is tightened to 15N·cm. And Note that the screw tightening tools for straight multi unit abutments and angled multi unit abutments are different.

Regardless of an angled or straight multi unit abutment, the convergence angle of the sidewall is 20 degree , so the deviation of the upper restoration can be positioned within 40 degree , so the maximum supported restoration deviation of the intro oral 3D scanner is 40 degree
